OOB: Unboxed Series
Script readings performed by us, written by you!
The 'Unboxed' series was started back in mid 2020 amidst the first lockdown due to COVID-19. We wanted to give ourselves the opportunity to create work and get it out to an audience whilst everyone had to start at home. This quickly evolved into opening up for submissions from emerging playwrights in which we facilitated online script-readings of their new projects.
We had the chance to work with amazing playwrights such as Joe Archer with 'Crocodile Minutes', Max McMillan with 'I'M The One', SMJ with 'SWAY', and Tasmin Jahan with 'Brouhaha in Chaoserratumbozo' - All of their details and links can be found below along with recordings of these readings.
A huge thank you also goes out to the performers who stepped up along the way: Harri Marshall, Charlotte, Kirsty, Nikki, Victor, etc.
Season 2!
Due to how well received the first season went, we are working hard behind the scenes to bring you Season 2 of the Unboxed Series, which will open up for submissions sometime in summer 2021. So look out for news and updates on our website and on our social media!
