Meet the nutters that are the Our Of Bounds Team!

Out Of Bounds is a small collective of artists who have come together to create some amazing opportunities and theatre for everyone.

We space across the country, with the team members based in Southampton, London, Bristol, York and Glasgow.

We have worked with many amazing artists in the past was well, and hope to work with many more fantastic people in the future. 


David Guy

Artistic Director

David (he/him) is the Artistic Director at Out Of Bounds and co-created the company in 2013. David has also worked with SUP Theatre Company, Unexpected Places, Theatre of Dark Encounters and was an associate teacher in Performing Arts at Southampton City College.

David is passionate about creating and directing theatre in a fun and interesting way, creating opportunities for emerging artists and keeping the arts industry alive. They have a BA (Hons) in Drama Studies from the University of Winchester and have been involved with theatre since the age of seven.

Arron Greechan

Social-Media Manager

Arron (he/him) is the Social Media Manager at Out Of Bounds Theatre and joined the company in 2020. Arron is a freelance Performer & Theatre-Maker who has worked with Scottish Youth Theatre, Putting it Together and other companies across Scotland and the UK.

Arron is passionate about creating a space for inclusion and equity in the professional arts ecology working with emerging and underrepresented voices through a socially engaged arts practice. Arron holds a BA Acting degree from New College Lanarkshire and Queen Margaret University.
Arron is represented by Victoria Steven Management.


Jake Williams

Associate Artist

Jake (he/him) is an actor and writer for Out of Bounds Theatre who joined the company in 2015. Additionally Jake is an associate artist for Technical Difficulties, an independent verbatim show.

Jake is passionate about experimenting with the theatrical potential of online spaces, creating opportunities for underrepresented voices in the arts and producing accessible. socially conscious theatre. They have a BA (Hons) in Drama and English Literature from the University of Winchester.

Joanna Morley

Company Producer

Joanna (she/her) is the Producer at Out Of Bounds and joined the company in 2020. Joanna works with Marvellous Machine Theatre Company, Batavia Productions and on freelance projects. She recently completed a Diploma in Creative Producing and is working as the Co-Founder of The Fifth Producer, a collective and support network for Emerging and Early Career Producers.
Joanna is passionate about inclusion, diversity and sustainable and accessibility in the arts. She has a BA Hons in Drama and Theatre Practice from the University of Hull.


Harvey Seymour

Associate Artist

Harvey (he/him) is an actor and writer at Out Of Bounds and joined the company in 2014. Harvey has performed in a number of the company’s productions, in addition to having worked with SJ Productions, RAODS, and The Theatre of Dark Encounters.

Harvey is passionate about the representation of marginalised voices in the arts, as well as integrating different performing art styles to create engaging theatre. They have a BA (Hons) in Drama and English Literature from the University of Winchester.

Lee Barden

Associate Artist

Lee (he/him) is an actor and occasional writer at Out Of Bounds and joined the company in 2015. Lee has previously worked with SUP Theatre and Y2T Theatre both based in Southampton, as well as New Tempest Group, a side project of Hampshire based company Platform 4.

Lee is passionate about creating and developing content that engages, excites and contorts the audience's emotions and view. He also believes that theatre should be accessible to everyone regardless of their background or abilities. He gained a BA (Hons) in Drama Studies from the University of Winchester.
