44 Inch Chest (2019)

44 Inch Chest was written in 1993 originally set for stage to be performed in London. The show didn’t go ahead but the script was later converted to film in 2009 starring Ray Winston, John Hurt, Ian McShane and more. Then in 2019, ten years after the movie release, we at Out Of Bounds managed to get in touch with the writers and were given a copy of the original 1993 script to perform at Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

The show received multiple four-star reviews throughout it’s two-week run and was the first time the show had been performed. It was a lot darker than our normal shows, but we had a great time bringing this interesting and dynamic script to life.
